I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to build a career by doing what I love.  From a young age i've been endlessly intrigued by what people wear and how they wear it.  I’m a hard worker, love collaborating and am excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique attributes.  I’d love to chat with you about how we might work together in the future.

Collaborate with creative director Michael Bastian to design Retail, International and, Factory collections, managing over 500 SKUS per season, blending historic brand DNA with technical fabric innovation and producing a product that exceeds customer expectations.  Lead the design team’s seasonal pattern direction, researching and designing original CAD artwork for all seasonal patterns with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Create all tech packs and BOMS in PLM, and establish wash and fit standards with vendors. Launch exclusive items for European and Japanese markets increasing regional sell through rates. Identify and solve potential costing issues ensuring corporate margin goals are exceeded.

Directed the men’s design team in a high impact relaunch of the brand’s vision from concept through production while partnering with all cross-functional teams. Traveled frequently both domestically and internationally for concept, color, and silhouette research, adapting trends into the Tommy Hilfiger heritage aesthetic.  Implemented merchandising strategies to significantly increase AUR in all markets.  Launched rebranded icons in all categories consolidating basics programs and significantly increasing IMUs. Established upgraded make standards for all categories.  Created and implemented regional product strategies to accommodate specific underserved regions significantly increasing sell through. Managed yearly departmental sample, travel and development budgets, consistently coming in under budget. Streammlined design calendar collaborating with merchandising and supply chain teams.

Designed sport shirt, trouser, sport coat and outerwear collections while managing a design and cad team.  Created all tech packs.  Presented seasonal concepts, collections and looks to wholesale and merchandising teams.  Developed all exclusive fabric directly with mills while exceeding IMU goals.  Worked directly with factories on establishing higher make and fit standards for all categories.  Collaborated with all overseas partners in a product development role. Frequent international travel and daily communication with mills and factories at all stages of sample and bulk production.

Created all technical packages and established upgraded makes standards across categories.  Frequent visits to domestic and international mills, factories and laundries to reach the desired aesthetic while meeting all financial and calendar milestones.
